The new site has a good, clean look, but much of the English used strives so hard to be politically correct and to leave no stone unturned that it makes for extremely soul-less reading. It's neither warm nor welcoming and, for many people, may be rather off-putting.

hi there i think you make some good points Mother, however i found this to be a very warm welcoming website compared to some sites i have visited recently which seem to be directed purely to a medical aspects. is looking good so far!
