A telephone helpline service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year manned by fully trained staff & volunteers.

 The helpline is for anyone seeking advice, help, re-assurance or support on any matters relating to HIV/AIDS, Sexually Transmitted Infections or other matters surrounding sexual health.

Drop In

We also provide a Drop In service - available Monday to Friday during office hours to the general public. We provide Condoms, Safer Sex Information, Information on HIV/AIDS, Sexually Transmitted Infections and Promoting Sexual Well Being. We encourage people to drop in for a cup of coffee and a chat in a relaxed and friendly environment where fully trained staff and volunteers are on hand to offer advice and support.
