Free confidential online counselling

Kooth is an excellent website that allows young people to create a user login and access free, confidential online counselling via their app. It’s a great resource for those struggling emotionally with issues such as bullying, eating disorders, stress, anxiety, depression and relationship/family breakdowns.

Drug and alcohol support

Horizon are a Lincolnshire based service who provide help and support for young people looking to make changes; whether it’s to cut down, quit, gain control or learn more about the risks and effects of drugs and alcohol.

With you are a support service for young people living in North Lincolnshire who are experiencing difficulties with substance misuse.

Mental health support

Young Minds and NHS mental health support are both great places to access support for mental health. They provide information on the signs and symptoms of mental health problems, alongside where to go for help locally and how to refer into services.

Sexual health and wellbeing support

Brook operates a number of sexual health and wellbeing services across the UK, primarily aimed at people under 25, but in some areas they run all-age sexual health services.

FPA provides accurate, unbiased and up to date information on sexual and reproductive health, postnatal health and wellbeing.

Sexual assault and rape

Lincolnshire Rape Crisis are a Lincolnshire based service who support anyone who has experienced sexual violence at any point in their lives. This includes rape, sexual assault and sexual abuse.
